We strive to give you our very best in order to enhance your massage experience with us. We adhere to certain policies to benefit you, and create a harmonious environment where our therapists can focus on your needs. FIRST VISIT

​

Arrive 10 – 15 minutes prior to your first treatment to allow ample time to prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

​

LATE POLICY

​

Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more are cancelled, which is yours to use for your rescheduled future reservation. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests as treatments and are charged at full value. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day (of your appointment) and other guests are not inconvenienced.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

Guests who book appointments and cannot join us for their scheduled reservation no problem for us. We understand life happens but we also appreciate your cooperation.

PAYMENTS & GRATUITY

The Family Massage accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, Debit Card and Credit Card as payment.

AGE REQUIREMENT

​

Family Massage guests start 5 years of age or older.

​

QUIET ENVIRONMENT

​

As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones and pagers must be vibrate only when entering the Family Massage.

PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and Family Massage menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

VISITORS

​

Our guests are gents and ladies. We don’t accept guests who want a massage or family massage plus-plus (NO FREE SEX). We are able to accommodate visitors accompanying clients in the treatment area of the family massage or remain in the waiting lounge.

​

ATTIRE

​

The family massage is a public space. Proper attire is to be worn at all times. Proper attire includes a towel around the waist or chest, a kimono and a pants. Nudity is not permitted anywhere in the facilities.

​

THERAPISTS

​

While we will make every effort to meet your requests, we can guarantee a specific therapist or gender (for treatment in room, male customer must be with male therapist). All therapists are trained in both treatment to ensure your comfort at all times.
